At Rustic Roots Hair Studio, we make sure your experience is always an enjoyable one with a goal to our clients to provide the best service possible. As professionals, we will do our best to stay on schedule, we thank you for respecting our time and the time of other clients.

Service Satisfaction Policy :

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with your service please let us know within 7 days and we will do our best to make it right. However... hair grows, roots show, colours fade, treatments wear off, and ends split. If you wait longer than the 7 days past your service date to share your feedback, unfortunately we can not fix it for you. After 7 days you will be charged for a new service.
We do not provide refunds on any service.

Service Pricing and Consultations :

Quotes that are given for a service over the Phone or on the booking Site are Estimates Only. Prices may vary depending on individual stylists, on the coloring technique, amount of time, length and thickness of the hair, and amount of color and product used to create the desired effect.

A consultation for colour or texturizing services can be booked before your service appointment. Just ask and our hair stylists will be happy to see you and discuss the desired look that you wish to achieve. The price of the service could also be determined at this time.

Consultations are approximately 15 minutes in length and are complimentary.
Any additional consultation time past the 15 minutes may require an additional charge.

Prices do not include HST.


Cancellation/No-Show Policy Including Late Appointments:

We understand life gets busy and things come up, if you know you will be late for your appointment, please call to notify the salon as soon as possible...


Colour Service =
(Can Only be Booked through the Salon AT (519) 414-2000)

Arriving 15 minutes late will likely limit the time allocated for your colour service; it will lessen the effectiveness and most importantly your pleasure and enjoyment of the experience.
Unfortunately, late arrivals will not receive an extension of scheduled treatments unless there is enough time. As a courtesy to all clients, our services are completed only as scheduled.
Arriving 30 Minutes late will be considered a “no-show”.

If you are considered a "no-show" and this is the first time, you may be required to pay up to 25% of your scheduled missed service. A Second time will be required to pay 50% of your scheduled missed service.

Clients with continuous (Third time or more) cancellation/no-shows will be required to pay a 75% deposit to be able book their next appointment.

*Cancellations of any Colour service will require a 24-hours notice*

All Other Services =

Arriving later than 10 minutes late for all other services could be considered a missed appointment and a "no-show" and you will be required to reschedule your appointment.

*Cancellations of all other services then colour will require a 12-hours notice*
